Halloween photo stock.

This was a photo taken here in Lithgow, New South Wales, of our mayor at the 2014 Halloween festival. At the recent monthly markets for the Lions club, Sandy noticed the mayor (Maree Stathem) & asked her to look at my art stall. The mayor loved my ghoulish, vampiric styles images & was curious to see what I could come up with with this photograph from the local news paper. Really looking forward to how my concept comes out.
